1 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account on bet669, accessing the platform, or using any of the available services — Sports Betting, live casino, slots, crash games, e-sports, or the VIP Program — you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all the terms and conditions set out in this document, including the Privacy Policy and the specific rules for each product.

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you (the user) and bet669. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must not create an account or use the platform. Continued use of bet669 after any update to these terms will be considered acceptance of the changes.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To create a bet669 account and use the platform's services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age at the time of registration;
• Be a Brazilian resident with a valid CPF active with the Receita Federal;
• Not be self-excluded from betting platforms in Brazil;
• Have full legal capacity to enter into contracts under the Brazilian Civil Code;
• Not be an employee, family member of an employee, or business partner of bet669.

Each user may hold only one active account on bet669. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate suspension of all accounts linked to the same CPF, IP address, or payment method, with pending withdrawals blocked pending the conclusion of an internal investigation.

At registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. bet669 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) at any time, including a photo ID, proof of address, and, where applicable, proof of the source of funds. Failure to comply with KYC requests may result in temporary suspension of withdrawals until the account is verified.

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

Bet669 accepts the following deposit and withdrawal methods in Brazil, all operated exclusively in BRL (R$) with no currency conversion:

• Pix — instant deposits and withdrawals; withdrawals processed in an average of ~12 seconds for verified accounts;
• Bank slip (Boleto) — available for deposits; processing time of up to 2 business days;
• Credit and debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, and Elo accepted for deposits;

• TED bank transfer — Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other Brazilian banks.

The minimum deposit via Pix is R$ 10.00. The minimum withdrawal request is R$ 20.00. bet669 does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals — any bank charges are the user's responsibility with their financial institution.

Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same method used for the deposit and to the same account holder. Pix withdrawals are prioritized for VIP Program members at the Platinum and Diamond levels, with guaranteed processing in under 5 minutes. For accounts undergoing KYC verification, processing may take up to 48 business hours until the document review is complete.

Bet669 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawals above R$ 5,000.00 in a single transaction or accumulated on the same day, in accordance with anti-money laundering compliance requirements (Law 9.613/98).

4 Bonuses, Promotions & VIP Program

Bet669 regularly offers promotions, including a welcome bonus for new users and VIP Program benefits. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which take precedence over this document where applicable. The general rules that apply to all promotions are:

• Every bonus has a set expiry date — unused bonus funds are automatically removed from the account when the deadline passes;
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; only winnings generated through the use of the bonus, after the applicable rollover has been met, are available for withdrawal;
• The welcome bonus rollover is 5x the bonus amount on Sports Betting with minimum odds of 1.50, to be completed within 30 calendar days;
• The VIP Program's weekly cashback is credited as real balance every Monday with no additional rollover — it can be withdrawn immediately via Pix or used on new bets;
• Bet669 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time, with prior notice sent to the registered email address.

The bet669 VIP Program has five tiers: Bronze (0–4,999 points), Silver (5,000–19,999 points), Gold (20,000–49,999 points), Platinum (50,000–99,999 points), and Diamond (100,000 points or more). Tier progression is automatic and the benefits of the new tier become available immediately upon promotion. Tier review due to inactivity may occur on accounts with no activity for more than 90 consecutive days, as set out in the specific VIP Program rules available on the platform.

5 General Betting Rules

Bets placed on bet669 are final once confirmed by the platform's system. Users are responsible for checking all bet details — event, market, selection, and stake — before confirming the slip. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled by the user, except when the Cash Out feature is available for that specific event.

Bet669 covers over 30 sports, including football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores), MMA/UFC, basketball (NBB), volleyball (Superliga), tennis (Grand Slams), e-sports (CBLOL, Free Fire, CS2, Valorant), and motorsports (Formula 1, Stock Car). If an event is cancelled before it starts: all pre-match bets are cancelled and the staked amount is fully refunded to the account balance. If an event is suspended mid-play: the sport-specific rule applies; in general, active live bets are cancelled and the stake returned. Pre-match bets on suspended events are settled based on the result at the time of suspension, provided the minimum regulatory time has been reached.

Bet669 reserves the right to:

• Void any bet placed at odds published due to technical or human error, with a full refund of the amount wagered;
• Limit the maximum bet amount for any user, without requiring justification;
• Refuse or void bets showing signs of match-fixing or collusion with parties related to the event;
• Withhold bet payouts while sports integrity investigations are ongoing.

6 Casino, Slots & Crash Games

Bet669 offers online casino products, including Live Casino (blackjack, roulette, baccarat, live poker with real dealers), high-RTP slots, crash games such as Aviator and JetX, and virtual table games. These products are provided in partnership with licensed suppliers audited by independent entities.

Technical issues during a game session — internet disconnection, server error, app crash — are handled according to each game's specific policy. 7 Account Security & Acceptable Use

The following are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure without refund of bonus funds:

• Using bots, scripts, automated programs, or any artificial intelligence system to place bets on the platform;
• Creating multiple accounts by the same user or in collusion with other users;
• Any form of money laundering or financing of illegal activities through the platform;
• Intentionally sharing account credentials with third parties;

• Any form of collusion in live casino games between different users.

10 Limitation of Liability

The platform is provided "as is". bet669 does not guarantee uninterrupted service availability — scheduled maintenance is communicated in advance via email and platform notices. Unplanned technical downtime does not constitute grounds for a refund on active bets, except as outlined in the specific bet settlement rules described in Section 5.

Under no circumstances shall bet669's total liability to a user exceed the total deposits made by that user in the past 12 months, excluding any withdrawals already processed during that period.

11 Account Closure

You may request voluntary closure of your bet669 account at any time by emailing contato@bet669.best or using the platform's live chat. Any available real balance will be released for withdrawal once the verification process is complete, within up to 5 business days for accounts with full KYC.

Bet669 may close or suspend an account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following cases: violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions, suspicion of fraud or money laundering, request from regulatory or judicial authorities, or identification that the user does not meet the eligibility criteria described in Section 2.

In the event of closure due to a violation: balances from uncompleted bonuses are cancelled; real deposited funds that have not been withdrawn are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may be held for up to 180 days during a compliance investigation.

12 Changes to the Terms & Governing Law

Bet669 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated at least 10 days in advance via registered email and a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of bet669 after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil, in particular Law 13.756/2018 (fixed-odds betting), the LGPD (Law 13.709/2018), the Consumer Protection Code (Law 8.078/1990), and the Anti-Money Laundering Law (Law 9.613/1998). Any dispute not resolved directly with the bet669 support team must be submitted to the courts of the city of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, Brazil, to the exclusion of any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.
